The buzz of friendly chatter and the aroma of freshly brewed coffee welcome you like an old friend. This is truly a space where every patron feels valued and appreciated, with a particular commendation from visitor Elizabeth Metz (Libby) who noted its super queer-friendly vibe—a haven where everyone can feel at home.

Health-conscious visitors will appreciate their offerings of vegan cookies and the cozy muffins that blend sweet and savory flavors beautifully.

If coffee is your preference, the Proud Mary Coffee has garnered praise for its smooth profile—perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up. For tea enthusiasts, the brewed chai tea offers an authentic taste experience, as noted by Madeleine DrinksTea, who appreciated the unique aniseed flavor despite a preference for stronger brews.

But the experience doesn't stop at sweet treats and delectable drinks. The café also serves a selection of wines, beers, and cocktails, ensuring there’s something for everyone, whether it’s a casual catch-up with friends or a cozy evening escape. As customer Ryan McCaig expressed, this café is steeped in a warm ambiance that’s matched by its friendly staff, making it a delightful destination for any occasion.

Even beyond the food and drink, The Curious Rabbit creates a space where you can linger, surrounded by vintage touches and a collection of antique books that add to its charm. The vibe is perfectly captured in Michael's description of it as a "cute and quirky little haven." And though Rodney Percival noted a minor disappointment regarding the portion size of their toasty, he affirmed that it wouldn’t deter him from returning. It’s this kind of honesty coupled with a genuine atmosphere that makes The Curious Rabbit a truly special café.

What a gem! Cosy, super queer friendly (rainbows + queer resources everywhere), super friendly staff and friendly to dietary needs (gf, vego, alternative milks). Oh, and real tea chai lattes instead of powder! Definitely will be stopping here next time I drive through Wagga!

The cafe I recently visited is a quaint little spot located in the heart of the city. Upon entering, I was immediately struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The walls were adorned with colorful artwork and the space was filled with the buzz of conversation and laughter. I was promptly greeted by a friendly server who showed me to a cozy booth. The menu offered a wide range of options, including vegetarian and vegan dishes, which was a pleasant surprise. As a vegetarian myself, it's always refreshing to have a variety of options to choose from. I ordered a latte and the avocado toast, which came with a side salad. The latte was expertly crafted and the avocado toast was absolutely delicious. The bread was perfectly toasted and the avocado was creamy and flavorful. The side salad was a refreshing complement to the richness of the toast. The service was exceptional. My server was attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed. They even took the time to ask about my day and strike up a conversation. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and it showed in the level of service they provided. Overall, I would highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a great meal and a welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. It's clear that the staff is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for everyone, and I look forward to visiting again soon.

Five stars because this cafe is everything I like in terms of ambience. Vintage and antique books, served alongside coffee and cake, all with an implicit acknowledgement that every human deserves dignity. My chai was a bit weaker than my tastes, but I enjoyed the subtle aniseed flavour. The large was actually a good size and pretty well priced.

Cute and quirky little haven for caffeine and book lovers. The artistic impression was quite impressive and the coffee was smooth to the taste buds

As the name implies it is a curiosity in itself one of those unique special little cafes you come across from time to time. Great staff, great atmosphere. One little disappointment the size of the toasty very small for the price paid. Would we go again oh yes!
